Matthew did an excellent job with connecting with us in the beginning to first give us a tour of our future home and build a rapport with us as his clients. A few months ago Matthew showed me a nice home that I wanted but was a bit out of my price range, when I declined it he asked if he could reach out to me in a couple of months when this property he knew I’d love comes available. Sure enough I get a phone call from him a couple months later asking to come see this home. I got there and was blown away, so much so that I asked him to see if I could get the place before it hits the market. Matthew did what he does best and now I’m in a beautiful 3 bedroom townhome.
